RULING
The Petition is dated 14th September 2005. The date of Gazette Notice is 12th February 2021. The date of Notice from Principal Registry is 9th June 2021 confirming no other succession file. Letters of Administration issued on 15th June 2021. Summons for Confirmation of Grant filed 21/12/2021. LR Search names owner as ANENE OTINYA. The Applicant says his father’s name was FESTUS ANENE OTINYA vide the Letter dated 10th September 2005.
