The deceased was domiciled and buried in Maliera, Siaya County, and therefore, the administration of her estate should be conducted from her place of domicile. Furthermore, due to uncertainty regarding the pecuniary value of the estate and whether it falls within the Magistrate's Court's jurisdiction, the matter is best handled by the Siaya High Court.
