1. Let all the proceedings and documents filed in this HC Succession Misc. Cause No. E071 of 2024 be transferred to and filed in HC Succession Cause No. 134 of 2006.
2. Henceforth the proceedings and filings to be conducted in the main Succession Cause file.
3. This Miscellaneous file be and is hereby closed.It is so ordered.
