IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANNE JESANG TOROITICH (DECEASED)
RULING
This is an application for Confirmation of the Grant issued to MARY CHELEL TOROITICH on 3rd September, 2008. The deceased did not have any other asset apart from benefits due to her estate from Kenya National Assurance and Pan Africa Insurance. The mode of distribution has been agreed upon and there is a letter from the Chief Plateau Location confirming the names of the beneficiaries.
The Grant is confirmed in terms of paragraph five (5) of the affidavit in support of the Summons for Confirmation.
