The court found that the Certificate of Confirmation of Grant dated August 1, 2002, which has never been revoked or annulled, validly provided for the late Gerrishon Gatobu Mbui to receive ¼ acre of the estate, being the suit land in question. The applicant, as the administrator of her late husband's estate, is therefore entitled to have the suit land transferred to her. Allegations of fraud or irregularity raised by the respondent are not substantiated in this application and, in any event, would require a separate application for revocation of the grant.
