Ruling
1. Upon visit Riwa village pursuant to the directions taken on 30. 9.2024 it has become apparent that there is need to get a County Surveyor to identify the parcels of land on the ground wherefore the visit is adjourned to 31. 10. 24 at 12. 00.
2. The County Surveyor Kisumu County is hereby directed to assist the Petitioners in identifying the parcels No. Kisumu/Tamu/523, Kisumu/Tamu/123, Kisumu/Tamu/819, Kisumu/Tamu/822, Kisumu/Tamu/855, Kisumu/Tamu/856 and Kisumu/Tamu/857.
3. The Petitioners shall bear the costs of the County Surveyor.
