DIRECTION
1. I direct that the Motor Vehicles the subject of this dispute be valued by A.A. Then valuation be arranged by Mr. Rimita and Mr. Riungu –Learned Counsels in this matter. The valuation be finalized by end of business 21/03/18. After that they be released to the 2nd Petitioner.
2. The order of 21/02/18 on valuation of the estate is hereby extended for 21 days from today.
3. The protest be heard by way of viva voce evidence.
4. The 2nd Petitioner to file any other Affidavit evidence within 14 days of today.
5. The 1st Petitioner to file and serve any further affidavit evidence within 14 days of service.
6. The protest is to be heard on 14TH and 15TH May, 2018.
