IN THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN KAYE OKELO – DECEASED IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLCATION BY DICKENS ALUOCH NYIDHA
Ruling
1. Whereas this succession cause whose value is approximated to be Kshs.500,000 was filed before the Chief Magistrate Court in Kisumu, the property of the estate namely parcel No. Kisumu/Muhoroni/1109 is within the jurisdiction of Tamu Law Courts. I thus transfer this file to Tamu Law Courts for hearing and determination.
