The respondent failed to notify the applicants, who were entitled in the same degree, thereby violating Rule 26(1) of the Probate and Administration Rules. The will dated 30/6/1988 was found to be valid, as its authenticity was not seriously challenged and it met the requirements of Section 11 of the Law of Succession Act.
