Ruling
1. This is as 2005 Succession Cause. A grant was issued on 14th February 2006 to Isaac Nguono Joel Aum and Erick Oluoch Aum to administer the estate of consulate Orwa Obedo.
2. That grant was never confirmed despite notice by the court issued on 4th July 2015 to the petitioner, to apply for confirmation.
3. On 27th January 2015 the court revoked the grant pursuant to Section 76(d) (i) of the Law of Succession Act.
4. Accordingly, as there is nothing left to be prosecuted, this file is closed.
5. Ruling to be typed and uploaded in the Case Tracking System.
