I have considered the chamber summons dated 2. 8.2024 and the supporting affidavit sworn on even date by Dhireshkumar Ranchoddas Raicha And Maheshkumar Ranchhoddas Mavji Raicha and I have also considered the oral submissions of Mr. Maganga Counsel for the Applicant and the beneficiaries who are all agreeable to the proposed mode of distribution wherefore I do allow the same and I make the following orders:- 1. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed as per schedule of distribution annexed to the affidavit of Dhireshkumar Ranchoddas Raicha and Maheshkumar Ranchhoddas Mavji Raicha.
2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.
3. This file is hereby marked as closed.
