COURT RULING
Having perused the application dated 9th February 2010 and the supporting affidavit sworn by the Applicant on 9th February 2010 I am convinced of the merit of this present application. I do hereby authorize a limited Grant of Letters of Administration to issue to the Applicant PETER JOHN AKHUNZA with respect to the estate of the deceased ENSLEY MPONGA PETER only for the purposes of withdrawing a sum of Kshs.30,000/- (read Thirty Thousand only) from the account of the deceased in order to cater for the welfare and upkeep of the minor child DINA TENAMBUYE.
