The court found that the order of 30th October 2024, which stayed the distribution and transmission of subdivisions from Parcel No. Kampi Ya Moto/menengai Block 1/502, was made in error because the original title had already been restored and the subdivisions no longer existed following previous court decisions. This constituted an error apparent on the face of the record, justifying review of the order. However, the court maintained the stay of distribution of the estate with respect to the original title, as the Applicants had not opposed the application for stay.
