Ruling
1. I have interviewed all the beneficiaries of the estate of the deceased Fatuma Yusuf Hussein and they state that they have agreed on the mode of distribution of the estate as per the schedule provided.
2. Accordingly, the grant issued to the administrators on 4th July 2023 is hereby confirmed and the certificate of confirmation of grant do issue in terms of the proposed mode of distribution of the estate of Fatuma Yusuf Hussein.
3. Subject to Section 83 of the Law of Succession Act, on the rendering of a full and accurate account of the estate as distributed within six months of today, the file herein is closed.
