The deceased died intestate. The court held that, in accordance with the law, the estate must be distributed equally among all children of the deceased, with no discrimination based on gender or other status. The mediation settlement agreement was recognized as valid for appointing administrators and requiring resurvey and redistribution of certain parcels, but it did not conclusively determine the distribution of the entire estate.
