1. I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 10. 6.2024 and the supporting affidavit of Grace Anyango Auma, Aggrey Ochieng Auma and Fredrick Omondi Auma and I have also considered that all beneficiaries have consented to the proposed mode of distribution wherefore I hereby allow the same and I order that the estate of the deceased be distributed as per the schedule of distribution set out in paragraph 8 of the supporting affidavit.
2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.
