The court found that the applicants, having purchased land from a beneficiary (Dorcas Mutono) who was not an administrator at the time and before confirmation of grant, have no valid claim against the estate in succession proceedings. The transactions were conducted in violation of existing court orders and without authority under the Law of Succession Act. Section 93 does not protect such purchasers, as the vendor was not a legal representative. The applicants' interest is contractual and lies against the beneficiary personally, not the estate.
