IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GLADYS NJERI (DECEASED)
R U L I N G
1. Before court is an application dated 29th March 2019 by the named Executor of the estate of Gladys Njeri deceased; Kenya Commercial Bank Limited.
2. Having considered the application, the accompanying affidavit and reasons adduced herein I am of the considered opinion that the application for rectification is merited.
3. I therefore direct and order that entry No. 15 on the Certificate of Title Number L.R. No. 13248/1 in respect of L.R. No. 37/247/13 be cancelled and rectified so that the name of James Mutuankio Michira is replaced with that of KenyaCommercial Bank Limited.
4. Costs in the cause.
