IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GURDEV SINGH BHAMRA alias GURDEV SINGH CHARAN SINGH BHAMRA - (DECEASED) AND IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION BY SURINDER SINGH BHAMRA - ADMINISTRATOR
Ruling
1. I have heard all the beneficiaries of the estate of the deceased Gurdev Singh Bhamra who have consented to the mode of distribution of the estate as presented to court vide summons dated 22nd May 2024.
2. I confirm the grant in favour of the administrator and issue certificate of confirmation of grant as per the schedule attached.
3. Subject to Section 83 of the Law of Succession Act, on the rendering of a full and accurate account of the estate upon full distribution and filing into court of those accounts within six months of today, this file is closed.
