I have also heard the beneficiaries whoa re all agreeable to the proposed mode of distribution and I have also heard Dr. Orinda for the administratrices and the grant of letters of administration made on 22. 11. 1999 is hereby confirmed as per paragraph 4 of the supporting affidavit of Nansy Adisa Odwaro.
