RULING
This is a final ruling pursuant to the order made on the 9th October 2008. Further to the orders made in that ruling and the reasoning thereof I do hereby proceed to set aside the certificate of confirmation of grant dated 13th July 2007. The court will proceed to rehear the summons of confirmation of grant dated 30th March 2007. In that regard each party is hereby given liberty to file further affidavits. This matter will be mentioned on 22nd January 2009 by which date all parties should have filed and served their further affidavits if any. On that date the court will give directions on the manner of hearing of the summons for confirmation.
Orders accordingly.
