1. I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 14th June 2024 and the supporting affidavit sworn on even date by Mildred Adhiambo and Diana Rose Amondi and have also considered the oral submissions of Mr. Misiga Counsel for the Applicants and I do allow the application and I make the following orders:-1. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed as per the schedule of distribution contained in paragraph 5 of the supporting affidavit.2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.3. This file is marked as closed.
