The Succession Court has jurisdiction to order rectification of the land register to facilitate the implementation of its confirmed grant and ensure the estate is distributed as decreed. The evidence showed that the only valid succession proceedings relating to the deceased were before this court, and the purported grant in Succession Cause No. 156 of 2015 did not exist.
