The administrator's representation was obtained through misrepresentation and non-disclosure, contrary to sections 51(2)(g), 71(2), and 76 of the Act. The purported sale of estate property to the protestor was invalid as it occurred before the grant was made and before confirmation, in contravention of sections 45 and 82(b)(ii) of the Act.
