Instead, where an administrator is unable to act due to incapacity or death, the proper legal procedure is to apply for revocation of the existing grant under Section 76(e) and seek the issuance of a fresh grant of letters of administration de bonis non. The application before the court, which sought direct substitution, was therefore incompetent and not properly before the court.
