RULING/DIRECTIONS
The application the subject of these directions is that dated 13th March 2014.
I have carefully gone through the record and I have not come across the application dated 13th March 2014, neither do I see the one dated 23rd July 2014.
I cannot give any directions on the matter in the absence of these two applications.
The matter shall be mentioned on a date to be given at the delivery of this ruling to allow time to the parties to avail to court copies of the applications dated 13th March 2014 and 23rd July 2014.
