IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHIRA MOHAMED SALIM DECEASED
RULING
I have considered the application for confirmation of grant herein. I have noted from the affidavit of Fahmi Ahmed Abubakar Bajwed sworn on 28th April 2017 that the assets of the deceased JOHIRA MOHAMED SALIM are her 1/5th share from the estate of her late husband AHMED ABUBAKAR BAJWED in Garissa High Court Succession Cause No. 3 of 2012.
The beneficiaries have consented to the proposed mode of distribution of the assets in their written consent dated 18th January 2017.
I thus confirm the letters of administration herein. The distribution of the assets herein will be as contained in the consent letter dated 18th January 2017.
Certificate of confirmed grant to issue.
