1. As the survey for the land parcel No. Kisumu/Gem Rae/148 was carried out and a report filed in court on 31st July 2023, in accordance with the Mediation Settlement Agreement, I hereby confirm the grant issued to the Administrator Julius Abuto Amollo on 16th December 2025 and direct that the estate of the deceased John Oyosi Amollo shall now be distributed in accordance with the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated and filed in court on 24th October 2022 and implemented vide survey report dated 5th July 2023 and filed in court on 31st July 2023.
2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue.
3. This file is closed subject to Section 83 of the Law of Succession Act.
4. I so order.
