1. Bondo PM P&A E145/2022 was brought to this court for directions. As parties and the subject matter are domiciled at Rarieda which falls within the gazetted and newly operationalized Madiany Law Courts, I hereby transfer Bondo PM P&A E 145/2022 to Madiany PM’s court for hearing and final determination.
2. The original Bondo file plus copies of this Ruling and order shall be transmitted to Madiany Law Courts.
3. A copy of Ruling and Order to be send to Bondo Law Courts for their records and notification of the parties.
