I have considered the summons for rectification of grant dated 31. 8.2023, the affidavits in support thereof dated 31. 8.2023 and a further affidavit dated 7. 10. 2024 and I do hereby find merit in the same and I allow it and make the following orders:-1. The certificate of confirmation of grant dated 24. 2.2014 be and is hereby rectified to include the name of Omedo Oracha and the deceased’s name shall be indicated as Julius Omedo alias Omedo Oracha.2. A rectified certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.3. This file is marked as closed.
