RULING
I have considered the documents filed and the submissions of Mr. Miyogo the Assistant Public Trustee. I observe that the widow filed her consent. The cause was gazette and noobjection has been received to the grant of letters of administration to the Public Trustee.
I thus allow the application and grant letters of administration in the estate of Khalif Abdullahi Mathobe to the Public Trustee. Certificate to issue.
