The Court found that the Objectors, as son and widow of the deceased, were beneficiaries under the Law of Succession Act and had locus standi to seek revocation of the grant. The Petitioner, having excluded the Objectors from the administration and distribution of the estate, failed to diligently administer the estate as required by law. The grant was therefore liable to revocation under Section 76. Regarding the Interested Party, the Court held that the agreement for six acres was entered into by the deceased's brother before obtaining a confirmed grant and thus lacked legal capacity, rendering the transaction void.
