IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LATE JAPHETH AGOLA OSEWE (DECEASED) PAUL OMONDI OSEWE .................PETITIONER
Ruling
1. I have perused Gazette Notice No. Vol. CXXIV - 63 of 8th April 2022. I find that there is no objection for making of grant to the Petitioner Paul Omondi Osewe to administer the Estate of the late Japheth Agola Osewe. I issue temporary grant of letters of administration intestate and order that the said grant shall not be used to distribute or transfer any property of the estate of the deceased until the grant so issued is confirmed by this court.
2. Accordingly, I further order the Petitioner to identify and list all beneficiaries and assets of the estate and prepare a schedule of distribution of the respective shares of each beneficiary.
3. The Petitioner to apply by way of Summons for Confirmation of this issued grant within 60 days of today.
4. Mention on 1/8/2022 before the Deputy Registrar, to confirm compliance.
5. Orders accordingly.
