The applicants, having participated in the mediation and signed the settlement knowing the allocation of Dagoretti/Kangemi/1165, cannot now seek to reopen the issue of compensation for structures on the land. The court further found that the applicants had no authority from the deceased to erect the structures, and the law does not support compensation for unauthorized developments on estate property.
