The deceased was of sound mind, acted freely, and followed all legal formalities, including attestation by two witnesses. The applicants failed to prove forgery, undue influence, or incapacity. The law grants a testator freedom to dispose of property as he wishes, and the exclusion or unequal treatment of some beneficiaries does not invalidate a Will.
