The evidence established that the deceased had, during his lifetime, distributed his Kithirune properties among his male children, with the 3rd respondent receiving L.R. Abothuguchi/Kithirune/1242 and the other sons receiving portions of plot 496. The widow was left with L.R. Abothuguchi/Kithirune/2392.
