The requirement for consent of all heirs is inconsistent with Islamic law, which gives all heirs equal rights and allows the testator to appoint any qualified Muslim as executor. The will, except for one clause (paragraph 5) that could potentially disinherit heirs by imposing a time limit on the sale of property, was found to be in consonance with Islamic law.
