IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MUNGAI THANG’WA MURUU ALIAS MUNGAI THANG’WA – (DECEASED)
Ruling
1. Upon listening to both counsel for the parties herein, I have read through the Consent dated 12th February, 2021 and confirmed with the fourteen (14) beneficiaries that the distribution of the properties that form part of The Estate of Mungai Thang’wa (deceased) were executed by each one of them individually as per their agreement.
2. Therefore, the Consent dated 12th February, 2025 executed by all the fourteen (14) beneficiaries be and is hereby adopted as an order of this Court in the following terms:-a.That, the distribution of the properties that form part of The Estate of Mungai Thang’wa (deceased) shall be as per the schedule presented herein.b.That Samuel Mwaura Mungai having passed away his wife Mary Wanjiru Mwaura will hold his shares for herself and their children.c.That, Margaret Wanjeri Kamau having also passed away, her son Njuguna Kamau will hold his shares for himself and his siblings.It is so ordered.
