The orders made on 17th November 2022 regarding the distribution of the estate remain valid and enforceable, as no appeal or stay has been filed. To give effect to those orders and conclude the administration of the estate, the court authorized the Deputy Registrar to execute all necessary transfer and mutation documents on behalf of the deceased respondent.
