The court found that Nassor Muhammad Nahdy, as administrator, exceeded his statutory mandate by transferring Plot No.1004/III/MN to the applicant before confirmation of the grant and without court authority, in violation of Sections 55, 82(b), and 83 of the Law of Succession Act. Such transfer amounted to intermeddling and was therefore null and void ab initio. The applicant, not being a beneficiary or relative, lacked standing to challenge the grant on the basis of the will, which was irrelevant to the estate in question.
