SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 1441 OF 1993
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NAZMUDIN KAMRUDIN (DECEASED)
RULING
1. The application for determination is dated 24th March 2014. It seeks consolidation of two causes, this cause and HCCC No. 680 of 2012, the latter being a suit between the current administrator and the previous administrator.
2. I gave directions on 21st March 2016; that the said application be disposed of by way of written submissions. There has been compliance with the directions for both sides filed their written submissions, which I have had time to study and taken note of the arguments raised therein.
3. After going through the record in the suit in HCCC No. 680 of 2012, I have noted that this is a suit for accounts as between the current and the previous administrators. I am of the persuasion that the said suit can be determined within the instant cause.
4. I shall accordingly allow the application dated 24th March 2014. Orders shall issue in accordance with prayer 2 of the said application. Costs shall be in the cause.
