There was insufficient evidence that the applicant was party to the sale or received any proceeds. However, the applicant was not entitled to a specific portion of the land, only an equal share with her sisters. The court declined to revoke the grant or cancel the title issued to the purchaser, as he was protected under Section 93(1) of the Law of Succession Act. The applicant was entitled to her 1/5 share of the one acre allocated to the daughters, to be excised from the remaining parcels....
