The failure by counsel to disclose the existence of both causes and seek consolidation has led to unnecessary delay in the administration of the estate. Before any substantive orders can be made on the applications for revocation of grant or restraint from dealing with estate property, the two causes must be consolidated. The Deputy Registrar is directed to trace and consolidate the files for HCSC No. 620 of 2012 and the present cause, after which the matter will be mentioned for further directions.
