REPUBLIC OF KENYA
IN THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT GARISSA
SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2015
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NOOR ADEN DAAR (DECEASED).
RULING
I have considered the application dated 30th November 2015 filed by the Public Trustee. It is an application for confirmation of grant before the lapse of 6 months period.
The assets are funds, and the distribution of the assets has been determined by the Kadhi’s court. The widows of the deceased have consented to confirmation of grant.
I find no reason to decline the application. I thus confirm the grant as requested. The assets distribution will be as has been determined by the Kadhi’s Court. Certificate to issue.
Dated and delivered at Garissa this 23rd day of February 2016.
