Ruling
1. On 6th March 2024, this court issued a grant of letters of administration intestate of the estate of Onyango Omer to Thomas Ochieng Omer and transferred the Succession Cause to Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court for hearing and determination but the file remained open hence it has no outcome in the Case Tracking System (CTS).
2. As the file was transferred to the Chief Magistrate’s Court, the High Court file is hereby closed.
3. This Ruling to be typed and uploaded in the CTS for closure of the file.
4. I so order.
