Ruling
1. The grant was issued to Simon Orwa Ooke on 2nd August 2018 and was due for confirmation on 2nd February 2018 but the Petitioner has never applied for confirmation.
2. That grant has become inoperational and useless. It is hereby annulled and revoked.
3. The Petitioner can only petition for a fresh grant since the grant issued had a disclaimer that it could not be used to transfer any property of the deceased.
4. This file is closed and no proceedings shall be opened in this file.
