Ruling
1. On October 11, 2015, a grant of letters of administration intestate was issued to Magdalina Aoko Otwala to administer the estate of the deceased Otwala Onduru.
2. Summons for confirmation were filed on December 1, 2016 but not prosecuted. On November 30, 2018, the Objector Charles Otwala Onduru filed summons for revocation and annulment of the grant. Since February 17, 2020, no action has been taken in this matter.
3. In the premises, I hereby on my own motion revoke the grant issued to Magdalena Aoko Otwala on October 11, 2015 and proceed to close this file. Any person who is legally or beneficially entitled to the estate of the deceased Otwala Onduru shall petition for a fresh grant.
4. This file is closed.
