Ruling
1. On 30th January 2023, a grant issued to Panchmatia Arvindkumar Jivandas Dharamshi, was rectified. The Petitioner was the sole beneficiary of the estate of the deceased Panchmatia Jivandas Dharamshibhai who died on 17th June 1998 leaving a will dated 30th June 1996 devolving all his estate to the Petitioner.
2. Therefore, subject to Section 83 of the Law of Succession Act on giving of accounts, this file is closed.
3. Ruling to be typed and uploaded on the Case Tracking System.
4. I so order.
