RULING
I have perused the summons for confirmation of the grant of letters of administration and mode of distribution of the estate. I have also considered the oral submissions of the administrators of the estate of the deceased.
Furthermore, the beneficiaries are in agreement with the two administrators being confirmed as administrators. They are also in agreement with the proposed mode of distribution of the estate.
In the circumstances, I do hereby confirm them as co-administrators. I also confirm the mode of distribution in which both administrators are to be registered as trustees of the beneficiaries in terms of their prayer.
Finally, it is necessary for each administrator to specify the beneficiaries on whose behalf he or she is being registered as a trustee.
