The court adopted the reasoning in Bob Njoroge Ngarama v Mary Wanjiru Ngarama & another [2014] eKLR and In re Estate of Masilia Mwavu (Deceased) [2020] eKLR, holding that the widow should hold the property as a life interest, with the remainder vesting equally in the children upon her death or remarriage.
